The Daily Planner Contest Rules

1. TO ENTER: Complete the "Monthly Drawing" form on this web site, or mail a 3" X 5" postcard with your name, address, city, state, zip code and telephone number to "Monthly Contest c/o The Daily Planner, 1889 Broadway, New York, NY 10023. On the last day of the month a drawing will be held. Limit one per person per month. The Daily Planner is not responsible for late, lost, incomplete or unintelligible entries.

2. SELECTION OF WINNER: Entries during each month’s will be combined on the last day of the month and a random drawing will be held. Odds of winning a prize depends on the number of entries received. Winners will be notified by mail or by email or by phone.

3. PRIZES: Prizes will vary monthly and are described on this web site. No substitution or transfer of prizes except by The Daily Planner in the event an advertised prize is not available.

4. ELIGIBILITY: Game is open to U.S. residents who are 18 years of age. Employees of The Daily Planner, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising promotion and public relations agencies and members of the immediate families of the above are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law.

5. GENERAL: The Daily Planner reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the sweepstakes or web site; to be acting in violation of the Official Rules.

6. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: The Daily Planner is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by web site users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the sweepstakes or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions in the sweepstakes. The Daily Planner assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure.
