Please note: Your billing name and address must match your credit card statement.
The Daily Planner ships most orders within forty-eight to seventy-two hours for in-stock items. Orders are sent via USPS or UPS. Delivery via USPS or UPS takes from five to ten business days.
Occasionally some items may be temporarily out of stock. You will be offered a chance to wait a few days for the item to come back into stock, be offered a comparable item or to cancel your order. You may always log into your account to see the current status of your order.
Items offered on special or on sale are only available in limited quantities for a limited time and only through our website.
At this time we are no longer accepting orders from outside the United States. TheDailyPlanner.com only ships to the United States and its territories.

Shipping charges are for contiguous 48 states only. Alaska, Hawaii and territories outside of the 48 contiguous states may be subject to additional shipping charges.
Oversize and/or overweight packages and bulk orders are subject to additional shipping charges.
